Job Summary: 

The Linkage Facilitator will support the Health workers at the health facilities in tracking and follow up HIV+ clients to enhance linkage to HIV services, ART adherence, viral suppression and retention in HIV care.

Job Requirements, Experience and Knowledge. 

  • Uganda Certificate of Education 
  • Knowledge in HIV/AIDS
  • Good time management skills
  • Basic counselling skills
  • Hard Working with strong ability to work in teams
  • Ability to work Under minimal supervision.
  • Must be flexible and self driven to accomplish work tasks/activities.

Other qualities:

Applicants must have a non-judgmental approach to human relations; possess good communication and interpersonal skills; and must be able to maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues. Customer focus is paramount in this job.
