Mildmay Uganda successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in January, bringing together members, partners, and key stakeholders to reflect on the institution’s performance and strategic direction.
The AGM provided a comprehensive overview of the organization’s achievements over the past year, with particular emphasis on advancements in healthcare service delivery, community outreach, and institutional growth. Members engaged in constructive dialogue, reaffirming Mildmay Uganda’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and excellence in service.
A key highlight of the meeting was the appointment of Mr. Fulukas Boroa Enyaga as the new Chairman of the Board. His appointment marks a significant milestone in strengthening governance and leadership as the organization continues to expand its impact in Uganda’s health sector.
In his remarks, Mr. Fulukas expressed his gratitude for the trust placed in him and reaffirmed his commitment to steering the organization toward greater innovation, sustainability, and improved health outcomes for the communities it serves.
The AGM also outlined strategic priorities for the year ahead, focusing on enhancing service quality, fostering partnerships, and driving impactful health interventions. Leadership extended appreciation to all members, staff, and partners for their unwavering support and dedication.
