Reporting to: Manager Nursing and Rehabilitation Services
Job Summary: The Nurse In-Charge (IPD) will coordinate, supervise, and support inpatient department (IPD) teams to ensure the delivery of efficient, effective, and patient-centered healthcare services. The role will promote excellent customer experience, quality improvement, and adherence to professional nursing standards.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Registered and licensed by the relevant professional regulatory body.
- Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a nursing leadership or supervisory role.
- At least three (3) years’ nursing experience in a busy hospital setting.
- Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives and HIV/AIDS service delivery.
- Proficiency in English and at least one or more local language.
- Leadership or management training will be an added advantage.
